EVER Ramada Encore Hotel is unique new building / renovation project. In the existing condition of the project site, a three storey shopping center with below grade parking facilities and a twenty storey high superstructure were with built back in 2008-2009. The hotel operation contracts and approvals could not be completed prior to the start of the original construction, so arrangements for future completion of the hotel construction were put in place and the remainder of the project were built and opened for active use on December 2009. The complete structure of tower floors above the shopping center was preserved and has been left unoccupied until the start of the new construction. All the hardscape and softscape site elements around the building such as pedestrian and vehicular entrances / exists, below and above grade parking areas, landscape elements etc. had been completed as part of the new hotel project. The drop-off and pedestrian approach for the hotel is also one of the main approach and entrances of the shopping center. The project is being carried out with Contech Project Management and Engineering.
