Ofispark Maltepe Project is located between Küçükyalı and Maltepe metro stations, on the E-5 highway. The landscape is 4.500 sqm with a 30.000 sqm of gross construction area. In the 15 floor building 17.500 sqm Office area and 2.000 sqm reatil area is planned. The project is being carried out with Contech Project Management and Engineering.
