The ESAS Aeropark Project is located in the Asian side of Istanbul, Kurtköy, between two parallel roads; one being the highway to Istanbul's second international airport Sabiha Gökçen. The existing man-made environment around the site is made up off mid to high rise residential buildings. The project was designed and built to bring a contemporary approach to neighborhood in terms of urban development with its sustainable planning, and quality of its construction. The project consists of office and residential floors, two blocks with seven and nine floors connected at ground and at below grade levels. Starting with the massing of the project, many decisions throughout the design and construction process have been shaped with sustainability in a wide range of issues. The curvilinear and parallel facades of the buildings create a semi-sheltered, 20 meters wide pedestrian link that forms an integral part of neighborhood connections. This pedestrian zone connects building users and neighbors to new and existing public transportation access points. The project is being carried out with Contech Project Management and Engineering.

ESAS Business Aeropark in Istanbul was certified Leed Gold Core&Shell.
