AKÇA Holding Management Office is located in Folkart Towers project, which is one of the iconic structures in the İzmir New City Center. 42. The office is located on 42nd level has a floor area of 1,100 m2 and it boasts floor-to-ceiling glass facades on all four sides; with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Izmir on the western and southern facades and Bornova dominates the landscape on the eastern side. Anthracite colored glass, natural walnut veneer and Carrara marble details define the entrance lobby and reception area. The executive offices and meeting rooms are accessed from this main area. The wood veneer walls along the main office corridor provide niches where many awards of the company are showcased. The Board Room which is centrally located on the office layout is separated from the main lobby/ reception area via glass panes which could be folded to open up and extend into the reception area for larger gatherings / presentations. In addition, the Board Room has special transparent glass planes with Magic Screen application which allows the users to switch the transparent panels into semi-transparent/ opaque instantly when needed. The open office areas which are located on eastern half of the floor plate, offer a pleasant and effective work environment with similar attention to transparency, material choice and detailing.
